Galaxy SEO 2025 Team Meetup – The Great Escape

This year’s Galaxy SEO Team Meetup was one to remember! Our team spent two days together, filled with collaboration, learning, and plenty of fun — all set against the stunning backdrop of a lakefront Airbnb complete with a pool, hot tub, and a spacious backyard perfect for unwinding after a productive day.

During the day, we tuned into sessions from the BrightonSEO Conference, diving into the latest updates and strategies in digital marketing. From SEO best practices to AI-driven insights, the sessions sparked great discussions and inspired new ideas we can’t wait to bring into our work at Galaxy SEO. We also took time to discuss future goals for management and career growth.

After the sessions, we shifted gears into team-building activities, which naturally transitioned into relaxed evening hangouts. Nights were filled with laughter, card games, friendly competition, and plenty of chill time together.

A special shoutout goes to our COO, Kimilee Gould, who went above and beyond by cooking for everyone throughout the trip. From breakfast both mornings to homemade lasagna, burgers, pizza, and fajitas, every meal was incredible. Her cooking brought us all together around the table, creating some of the warmest and most memorable moments of the meetup.

On the evening of Day 2, we put our teamwork to the test in an escape room challenge — and we’re proud to say we made it out successfully (though not without “sacrificing” our CTO, JP, along the way). Don’t worry, he made it out okay! We wrapped up the adventure with a well-deserved team dinner to celebrate our victory and close out an amazing trip.
